Form Fix Friday: Correcting the Squat
Here’s a bit of a throwback but the same principles still apply to people experiencing a similar problem with their squat.
“Connor was experiencing a hip shift to the right due to ankle pronation and knee valgus on his right side. We were able to correct his imbalance by having him corkscrew his feet into the ground, lifting the arch of his foot off of the ground, and by pulling his knee inward so that he would focus on pushing out. Good stuff Connor!”
