A Toothpaste Approach to Recovery

Often times in doing strength work, we limit ourselves to the sagittal plane which causes an imbalance in terms of range of motion and mobility. Dr. Pat Davidson, who I’ve posted often on here to share information that I agree with, describes compression with a metaphor, considering your body as similar to a tube of toothpaste.
